The personal information of our users is an important and fundamental part of our business. Under no circumstances will we sell or share information with third parties that has not been previously authorised by the user or owner of the personal data. We share user information solely and exclusively as described below.

Third-Party Service Providers. We use third-party services to perform certain functions on our behalf and through our platform and services. Examples include, providing translations (Google), registration and login (Google, Apple), sending emails, analysing data (Google), handling crashes and bug reports (Sentry, Crashlytics), and processing payments (RevenueCat).

These third-party services and tools may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use that information for other purposes. Information shared with these third-party services will be treated and stored in accordance with their respective privacy policies and our privacy policy.

Third-party services play a crucial role in enhancing our platform’s functionality and user experience. One of the key services we utilize is Firebase, which serves as our authentication and data storage solution. Firebase helps us securely manage user accounts, provide authentication services, and store certain data related to user interactions.

Firebase Authentication: Firebase Authentication allows users to create accounts, log in, and securely access our platform. When users register or log in using their Google or Apple accounts, Firebase processes user data to verify identities, manage authentication sessions, and enhance the security of user accounts. This data may include basic profile information provided by these third-party authentication providers, such as your name and email address. Firebase ensures that this information is handled in accordance with its privacy policies, which you can review here: Firebase Privacy Policy .

Crash and Error Reporting: To improve our platform’s stability and performance, we use Sentry and Crashlytics for crash and error reporting. These tools help us diagnose issues by collecting crash reports and other error data, which may include user identity information. This linkage allows us to provide more effective and timely debugging and support.

Payment Processing: Subscription payments will be made through in-app payments processed by RevenueCat. RevenueCat will have access to your user ID, name, and email address to process and manage your subscriptions securely. RevenueCat ensures that this information is handled in accordance with its privacy policies.

Business Transfers. In the event that Simply Fluent creates, merges with, or is acquired by another entity, your information will most likely be transferred. Simply Fluent will email you or place a prominent notice on our platform before your information becomes subject to another privacy policy.

We release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms and conditions and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Simply Fluent, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

With Your Consent. Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when personally identifiable information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

Anonymous Information. Simply Fluent uses the anonymous browsing information collected automatically by our servers primarily to help us administer and improve the platform.
