Simply Fluent 2.0 rebuilds the app from the ground up, around one loop: pick a story at your level, tap the words you don’t know, and what you save stays with you.

You read, you tap, you save. Saved words stay translated in everything you open next, so reading keeps getting lighter. Follow the journey below, part by part.

Stories graded by difficulty (CEFR levels), from beginner-friendly shorts to modernized classics, with new titles added regularly. Start where reading feels doable, and reach for harder books whenever you like: the lookups will catch you.
“I have been learning languages for 15+ years and Simply Fluent is the best tool I have tried so far to perfect my language skills.”
“Right now, I’m reading a book that is honestly way above my level. Normally I would give up after a few pages, but with Simply Fluent it works beautifully.”
“I’ve started using Simply Fluent and what can I say, it’s simply effective. Reading helps me keep my Spanish while simultaneously learning new vocabulary.”
Tell me where you read and I’ll email your install links right away. If you already use Simply Fluent, sign in and pick up right where you left off.
On iPhone or iPad, you’ll install through TestFlight, Apple’s free, official app for early releases. Get TestFlight first
Everyone testing 2.0 hangs out in one Discord, with me in it every day. Tell me what feels great and what doesn’t, and watch your feedback show up in the next build.
No. Joining the beta and testing 2.0 is free.
So I can send you your install links, and tell you when 2.0 launches. Any address works: the TestFlight and Google Play links are open invites, so nothing has to match your store account. I’ll only write to you about the beta and the launch.
They carry over. Sign in with the account you already use and your reading history is waiting for you.
Apple’s official app for trying pre-release apps. It’s free on the App Store, made by Apple, and the standard way iOS betas are shared.
It’s an early build. Most things feel great already, but you’ll hit the odd rough edge, and the interface is English-only for now. That’s exactly why your feedback matters.
Straight from the app, whenever something goes wrong, or in the Discord if you would rather talk it through. I read everything myself, and fixes land in the next builds.
Hi, I’m Marco. I started building Simply Fluent in 2018 as a little side project, and it went on to become something much bigger than I ever anticipated.
For the past months I’ve stepped back and rebuilt it properly, taking everything you’ve told me into account. A stronger interface, the gamification a lot of you asked for, and a reading experience I’m genuinely proud of.
This beta is the last step before launch, and the people testing it are shaping what 2.0 becomes. I’d love for you to be one of them.

Join the beta now. It costs nothing, and if you already read with Simply Fluent, everything carries over.
